Disclaimer
Billis RVE does not assume any liability for property damage or injury
resulting from improper use, alateration or installation of all of its
products.Warranty
Billis RV Equipment Manufacturing Ltd. warrants its product(s) to be free
from failure due to defective material or workmanship (under proper use and
service) for a period of one year from the date of sale to the original
retail purchaser. This warranty is not transferable. The manufacturers sole
obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair,
without charge to the owner, of any part (or parts) which, upon inspection
by Billis RVE, shall prove to be defective. Freight to and from our repair
facility in Kelowna, B.C. Canada is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty in its entirety, does not cover damage to Billis RVE product(s)
resulting from improper use, improper installation, neglect, overloading,
abuse, accident, inadequate inspection, poor maintenance or alteration.
Powder coat paint is not a warrantable item. This warranty shall not apply
to product(s) used in commercial application(s). No warranty will be paid
without proper authorization. Billis RV Equipment Manufacturing Ltd. shall
not be liable for consequential damages such as property damage, loss of
time etc. caused by any defect in its product(s), or reasonable delay in
correcting the defect. Billis RV's liability under this warranty shall not
exceed the cost of correcting the defect. This written warranty is the ONLY
express warranty provided by Billis RV with respect to its product(s).
Warranties implied by law such as the Warranty of Merchantability are
limited to the duration of this limited warranty for the product(s)
involved.
